1. DROIT DE RÉTRACTATION / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Conformément au droit européen, vous disposez d’un délai de 14 jours après la réception de votre commande pour exercer votre droit de rétractation.
Comme MagnetiCraft™ propose des jouets pour enfants, seuls les articles non ouverts, non utilisés et dans leur emballage d’origine intact peuvent être retournés.
In accordance with European law, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Since MagnetiCraft™ offers children's toys, only unopened, unused items in their original packaging are eligible for return.
2. CONDITIONS DE RETOUR / RETURN CONDITIONS
Pour être accepté, tout retour doit respecter les critères suivants :
• Le produit n’a pas été utilisé
• Aucun accessoire ne manque
• L’emballage d'origine est intact
• Le retour a été approuvé par notre service client
• Le produit est renvoyé dans les 14 jours suivant la réception
To be accepted, returns must meet the following conditions:
• The product has not been used
• No accessories are missing
• The original packaging is intact
• The return has been approved by our customer service team
• The item is returned within 14 days of receipt

4. FRAIS DE RETOUR / RETURN COSTS
Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client, sauf si l’erreur provient de notre part (produit défectueux, non conforme, etc.).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the issue is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
5. REMBOURSEMENT / REFUND
Une fois le produit reçu et vérifié, le remboursement sera effectué sous 14 jours via le même moyen de paiement utilisé lors de l'achat.
Les produits utilisés, incomplets ou abîmés ne pourront pas être remboursés.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 14 days via the original method of payment.
Used, incomplete, or damaged items cannot be refunded.
6. EXCLUSIONS / EXCEPTIONS
Pour des raisons de sécurité et d’hygiène, les retours suivants sont refusés :
• Jouets utilisés
• Produits endommagés par le client
• Pièces manquantes
• Emballages déjà ouverts ou déchirés
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
• Used toys
• Items damaged by the customer
• Missing parts
• Opened or torn packaging
